Damian is a highly experienced safety and security professional with over 23 years in law enforcement and the military. He holds a master’s degree in criminal justice and is certified as a Drug Recognition Expert Instructor, as well as a concealed carry and self-defense instructor by the United States Concealed Carry Association. With expertise in substance abuse awareness, threat detection, and operational leadership, Damian has created impactful training programs as a Police Training Coordinator, turning real-world experience into practical safety strategies. Through his company, he provides structured training to help employees and supervisors build confidence, improve readiness, and create safer workplaces.
